Ella Hartrue Steuart was born October 5, 1917 in Clarksville, Arkansas to Hartle and Ella Acord Ogden. She passed away April 7, 2019 in Altus, Arkansas at the age of 101. She was a retired Nurses Aid and a Christian.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Martin Steuart; and her daughter, Betty Stephens.
She is survived by her son, Clarence Lee "Bud" Steuart of Van Buren, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Martin Lee Steuart of Oklahoma; James Hirtler of Texas; Ella Bullock of Altus, Arkansas; Vickie A. Hall of Altus, Arkansas; Martina Brown of Clarksville, Arkansas; Pam Jackson of Fayetteville, Arkansas; Ashelly Peters of Van Buren, Arkansas; twenty great-grandchildren and twenty-four great-greatgrandchildren.
Visitation is 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the Hardwicke Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
A graveside service is 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Lone Pine Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Pallbearers are Jessie Hirtler, Michael Miller, Douglas Young, Tyrell Brown, Gunnar Miller, and Eddie Bowman. Honorary Pallbearers are Colton Pelts, Leon Hall, and Brad Maes.
