Paul H. Wood, age 78, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Monday, December 27, 2004 at the Beverly Health Care Nursing Home in Van Buren. He was born to his parents John and Elsy Powell Wood on February 9, 1926 at Altus, Arkansas. Mr. Wood was a carpenter most of his working life.
He is survived by 1 daughter; Linda Lewis of Mt. Burg, AR; 1 Son; David Wood of Mulberry, AR; 3 brothers; Harry, Ed, and Bill Wood all of Clarksville, AR; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 Sister Aileen Hester and 1 brother Jr. Wood.
Gravesided services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 30, 2004 at Lone Pine Cemetery in Clarksville with the Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Visitation will be from 6 - 7 on Wednesday at Roller~Cox Funeral Home.
