November 13, 1917 - September 10, 1976
Grover Thrower, 58, of Rt. 3 Box 244, Camden, died Friday in the local hospital. The funeral will be held Saturday in the St. Mary's Baptist Church on Hwy. 7 west with the Rev. E. Giles officiating at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Toney Cemetery under the direction of Williams Funeral Service of Camden. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ruby Thrower, eight sons, J. T. Thrower, Brady Thrower, David Thrower, Jeremy Thrower, Phillip Thrower, Michael Thrower and Kevin Thrower, all of Camden and John Thrower of the U. S. Army, Ft. Hood, Tex., five daughters, Mrs. Gloria Buffington of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Rosemary Madison, Mrs. Ethyl Juniel, Mrs. Linda Parham and Miss Patricia Thrower, all of Camden, 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
