Danny Howard Barr, 75 of Walnut Ridge, died Monday October 18, 2021 at his residence.
He was born July 26, 1946 in Walnut Ridge, AR to Woodrow Barr & Ella Marie Burgin Barr. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His love of nature led him to fishing, hunting, and beekeeping. He would often take family along and show them the types of flowers being pollenated by his bees. He owned his own roofing company. Danny was of Baptist belief.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Ella; an infant daughter; an infant son; and brothers, Donnie Barr & Billy Barr.
He is survived by his wife Leona Mae Bradam Barr; son, Danny Wayne (Sheri) Barr; daughter, Tiffany (John) Colbert; 4 grandchildren, Daniel (Sydney) Colbert, Sarah Colbert, Emma Colbert, & Nicole Barr; and many other family & friends.
Graveside services begin at 2:00PM Thursday October 21, 2021 at Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery in Walnut Ridge with Tim Campbell officiating.
Under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, Arkansas.
Honorary Pallbearers are Darrell Davis, Cotton Davis, Daniel Colbert, John Barr, & John Colbert.
