Jay Estes DiCamillo, 69, of Farmington, Ark., passed away Dec. 17, 2016, in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born April 22, 1947, in Estes Park, Colo., the son of Dominic and Waunita Cooper DiCamillo.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dominick DiCamillo.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy; two sons, Matthew DiCamillo and wife Stacy of Joplin, Mo., Deno DiCamillo and wife Julie of Farmington; one daughter, Lisa Blevins and husband, Jim of Galena, Kan.; 15 grandchildren, Salvatore DiCamillo, Elijah DiCamillo, Tobias DiCamillo, Annamaria DiCamillo, Ethan Burgess, Ryne Burgess, Paxton Hoffman-Gray, Giovanni DiCamillo, Luciano DiCamillo, Gabriel Ruiz, Jaynae Ruiz, Dominic Blevins, Ricco Blevins, Marissa Blevins, and Cassidy Blevins; two great-grandchildren, Xion Pattyson and Ares Ellis; and four brothers, Henry DiCamillo, Paul DiCamillo, David DiCamillo, and Tim DiCamillo.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016, at the Church of Christ in Farmington with Mike Raine officiating. Burial was in Farmington Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital.

Pallbearers were his Grandsons.
