FARMINGTON — Betty Lorraine O'Neal, 84, a resident of Farmington, passed away October 4, 2015, at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville. She was born December 31, 1930, in San Francisco, California, the daughter of Clarence and Sylvia Thompson Huggans. Betty was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Fork. She was active in the Farmington Senior Center, the Cammeo Club of Farmington and was a volunteer at See 'em Smile Daycare in Farmington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Murphy O'Neal and one son, Jerry Murphy O'Neal. Survivors include one son, Mike O'Neal and wife Fran of Siloam Springs; one daughter, Patty Tyree and husband Bill of Prairie Grove; two sisters, Iris Genz of Strickler, Arkansas and Mary Lou of Casper, Wyoming; five grandchildren, Marty Hausam, Annie Hale, Brian O'Neal, Allen O'Neal and Tonya O'Neal and 13 great-grandchildren, Coleman, Shelbie, Jessie, Denver, Ryder, Schaeffer, Pyper, Thatcher, Hunter, Damien, Victoria, Alexis and Porsche.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6-7 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday October 7, 2015, 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in West Fork, Arkansas. Burial will be in West Fork Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Bill Tyree, Shane Hausam, Rone Genz, Rev. Kevin Hale, Coleman Hausam and Jerry Genz. Honorary Pallbearers: Jim O'Neal and Roy O'Neal. Online guest book, www.luginbuel.com.
