Barney James Higgins, 54, of Knoxville died Wednesday, March 18, 2015, in Knoxville.
He was born May 29, 1960, in Fort Smith.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. March 21 at Lamar Cemetery in Lamar under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home of Clarksville.
He is survived by two sons, Kyle Higgins of Quinton, Okla., and Joe Higgins of Clarksville; a sister, Henrietta Scamardo of Fort Smith; two brothers, C.W. and Clifford Higgins, both of Clarksville; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be C.W., Clifford, Kyle and Joe Higgins, Paul Phillips, Will Meely and Jeremy Hern.
