John R Cook was born February 15 1943 in ST. Paul, Minnesota to his parents Patrick R Cook and Lois Jean Patterson.
He died Wednesday November 9 in Lamar, AR at the age of 73. He was preceded in death by his father and wife Opal L Cook.
He is survived by his mother and sons John Cook II of Lamar and Joseph Cook of Massachusetts. Brothers Patrick R Cook and Warren Wilson of St Paul, Minnesota.7 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
Service will be at 2 pm Thursday November 17 graveside at Lamar Cemetery Lamar, AR.
