Tom Kilbride, born September 14th, 1935 to Thomas J Kilbride and Anna Dalh in Philadelphia, Pensylvania. Passed away on June 5th, 2010. In Mountain Home, Arkansas after a very long fight with many disabling illnesses.
Tom and his family moved to Prescott, AZ. From Philadelphia when he was 16, in 1952 as soon as he turned seventeen he went into the US Army, in the December of 1952 he was sent to Korea. Tom put in 25 years in the Army fought through 2 wars Korea and Vietnam retiring in 1976. When he returned to Arizona he settled in Phoenix, where he started another 25 year career in construction the last 20 years with DL Withers Construction, as construction supervisor retiring in 2004. After retirement we moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas, he thought this was the most calming and beautiful place, he always said that we couldn't have found a better place to retire. Preceding him in death were his father Thomas J Kilbride and his step father Thomas J O'Donnell (Pop). He will be leaving behind his loving wife of 21 years Muriel, his mother Annie who will be 92 years old this month, his sister Sally (Raymond) Coleman and his brother Harry (Linda) Kilbride,also, 5 sons Jeff Haas, J Michael Kilbride, Marc Lachance, Stephen Lachance and Michael Lachance and their spouses and of course his beloved grandchildren, Carrie Ann Lachance of Perth, West Australia, Heather Lachance of Phoenix Arizona, Ashley Lachance of N. Carolina, Justin Lachance of Phoenix Arizona, Andy Lachance of Phoenix, Arizona, Haley Roderick of Lewiston, Maine, and Garrett Lachance of Lewiston, Maine, one niece and four nephews, John, Terry, Michael , Steve and Quentin all of Phoenix, Arizona. His in-laws Carmen & Gordon Smith of Lewiston, ME, Al & Lola Jean of Turner, ME, Lou & Donna Jean of Mountain Home, AR and Nicole & Joe Rogers of Queen Creek, AZ he thought the world of all of you.
Visitation for Mr. Killbride will be Noon 9 PM Friday at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday in the St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Stan Swiderski officiating. Entombment will be in Baxter Memorial Gardens' Mausoleum of Peace. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
