FARMINGTON - Elizabeth Anna "Betty" Benish, 71, of Farmington died Feb. 3, 1999, at her home. She was born April 2, 1927, in Dunkirk, N.Y., to Al and Irma Carstens Riesterer. She was a homemaker and was an active member of Al Anon.
Survivors include five sons and four daughters-in-law, Darrell Benish and Wendy of Winslow, Keith Benish and Michelle, Kevin Benish, and David Benish and Kim, and Roger Benish and Debbi, all of Farmington; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda Morgan and Glenn of Fayetteville; one brother, Al Riesterer of Ashtabula, Ohio; one sister, Kate White of Cleveland, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville with the Rev. Preston Becks officiating. Burial will be in Farmington Cemetery.
