August 28, 1932 - November 21, 2014
John Ruben Young Sr. was born August 28, 1932 in Clarksville, Arkansas, and passed away November 21, 2014, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 82. He was a retired Salesman and an Army Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Edward and Effie May Snow Young.
Mr. Young is survived by his wife, Shirley Diane Bridges Young of Clarksville, Arkansas; seven sons: Johnny, Marty, Mike, Chris, and Scotty Young, and Rob and Dan Crowe; two daughters: Debbie Stillwell and Teri Palmer; a brother, James Young; five sisters: Myrtle Skaggs, Louise Sanders, Georgie Rusher, Edna Eitchenberger, Wilma Young; seventeen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2014, at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating.
Pallbearers will be Mike Young, Scott Young, Johnny Young, Marty Young, Chris Young, Dan Crowe.
