Mrs. Netta May Taylor, 92, of Clarksville died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 1998, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.

She was born in the Rocky Community west of Mena, daughter of the late George W. and Kate McKinney Barber, widow of Ruel Taylor, attended public school at Rocky, member of extension homemakers clubs at Mt. Vernon and Ludwig, active in Mt. Vernon and Mt. Airy Cemetery associations, member of East Mt. Zion Baptist Church, and member of Belle Grove Chapter No. 56 Order of the Eastern Star, where she was a past worthy matron and served as grand representative to Scotland.

She is survived by two daughters, Louise Taylor and Rueline Turner ; one sister, Pansy Chenault ; one brother, I. E. Barber; four grandchildren, Pam Jones and Mitzie Sears, , Kathy Patton , and Robert Turner ; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren
