Luella Genevieve Jetton was born March 5, 1924 in Clarksville, Arkansas to Leonard Pirl (L.P.) and Lillian Foulke Scoggins. She passed away December 12, 2018 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 94. She was a member of East Mt. Zion Trinity Baptist Church where she was a pianist for over 30 years, she was also a cook at Sallis School in Clarksville, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cedrick Jetton; her son, C.L. (Junior) Jetton; her brother, Leonard Scoggins; her sister, Ruby L. Jones.
She is survived by her son, Mike Jetton and wife, Donna of Menifee, Arkansas; her daughter, Janice English and husband, Jerry of Clarksville, Arkansas; her daughter-in-law, Linda Jetton of Russellville, Arkansas; her brother, Eldon Scoggins of Clarksville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Tony Jetton (Christy); Philip Jetton (Mary); Sarah Ingram (Jason); Wendy Daggs (Jason); five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, December 14, 2018 at the Hardwicke Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are 2 p.m., Saturday, December 15, 2018 at East Mt. Zion Trinity Baptist Church in Clarksville, Arkansas with Brother Robbie Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Philip Jetton, Tony Jetton, Logan Jetton, Jason Ingram, Jason Daggs, and Bryan Scoggins.
