Daughter of Carl and Sarah M McKinney Westover
Louise Westover Rigsby, 85, of Clarksville died Friday, Jan. 23, 2004, in a Clarksville nursing home. Born at Alix, she was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Rigsby, and two brothers, Bill and Albert Westover. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Mount Vernon Cemetery, Clarksville, under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home of Clarksville.
