Earl Milton VANDERHOOF, 81, of Ozone died Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
He was the son of the late Earl Arthur and Fenna Marie Sowards VANDERHOOF. He was a carpenter and of Methodist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary V. Ahrendes VANDERHOOF; a step daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jerry Turner of Clarksville; two sisters, Elaine Dermerath of Arizona and Doris Wilson of California; two brothers, Gordon VANDERHOOF of California and Thomas VANDERHOOF of Michigan; two grandchildren, Brad and Troy Turner; and three great-grandchildren, Madison, Ashton and Phillip Turner.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Vernon Cemetery at Clarksville by the Rev. Amos Pledger. Arrangements are by Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Mary Verna Vanderhoof, age 88 of Clarksville, Arkansas died Sunday, February 13, 2005 at the Johnson Regional Medical Center. She was born to her parents John Peters and Mary McEachin Ahrendes December 4, 1916 in Spokane, Washington. She was a waitress, seamstress, and was of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by 1 daughter; Barbara Turner and her husband Jerry of Clarksville, AR; 1 Brother; Archie Ahrendes of California; 2 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Earl Vanderhoof, and 1 brother; Jack Ahrendes.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas with the Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Visitation will be held all day Tuesday at the Roller~Cox Funeral Home
