Billy James Einert, 78, of Ozone, Arkansas died Monday, July 20, 2009, at Johnson Regional Medical Center, in Clarksville.
He was born on Friday, August 29, 1930, at Woods Mt., Arkansas to the late Herman Lee and Verona (Officer) Einert.

He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of the Ozone Full Gospel Church.

He leaves behind his wife, Melinda (Gwaltney) Einert; one son, James Lee Einert and his wife, Cathy, of Ozone, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Aaron Christopher Einert, Benjamin Loyd Einert, and Michelle Elizabeth Einert; and two aunts, Alma Robinson and Viola Carey.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Mary (Tinsley) Einert; and one brother, Loy Einert.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2009. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2009, at the Roller-Cox Funeral Chapel, with Reverend Don Carey, Brother Aaron Einert, and Brother Gary Ledford officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, in Clarksville.
Pallbearers will be Tim Gwaltney, Kent Carey, John Wayne Wood, Gary Ledford, John Einert, Jr., and Johnny Einert III.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Raymond Bell, Sr., Raymond Bell, Jr., Mel Gwaltney, Claude Woodard, Johnny Einert, Sr., Staylon Einert, Standon Einert, Joe Ray Fields, and The Men of the Ozone Full Gospel Church.
All arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home (479) 754-2201
