March 16, 1926 - November 18, 2013
Ella Mae Teague, 87, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013. She was born in the Troy community and attended Chidester Schools. She was preceded in death by her husband, Denzle Teague; parents, Oscar McDonald and Buel and Hattie Swartz; daughters, Carolyn Wilson and Joene Brian; and brothers, Coy Swartz and Jack McDonald; sister, Ruby Vernon.
She is survived by her sons, Gary Teague and wife, Susan, David Teague, and Donnie Teague and wife, Janice; and sisters, Ellen Lowery and Bertye Guesner. She was very proud of her family particularly her eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:30-7:00 PM Wednesday at Proctor Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Chidester Cemetery. Dr. Richard Foster will officiate the service. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
