Judi Lynn Ballard was born January 16, 1966, to her parents in Baxter Springs, Kansas, and passed away January 16, 2015, in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 49. She was a caregiver for Clarksville School.
She is preceded in death by her father, Roy Mosher, and a brother, Roy D. Mosher.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Ballard of Clarksville, Arkansas; her mother, Patricia Ann McDowell of Lamar; her son, Sammy Ballard of Clarksville; and two daughters, Leatisha and Kimaly Ballard of Clarksville.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, January 19, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at Mount Airy Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Jake Chism officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Airy.
