OBIT

Jeanette Dreher Armstrong Edds of North Little Rock passed away June 14, 2019. She was born November 16, 1944 to the late Robert and Evelyn Dreher. She was a faithful member of Amazing Grace Assembly of God Church where she served as church secretary for over 40 years. She retired from Springhill Baptist Hospital after 26 years where she worked in admissions.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her first husband and the father of her children, Kenneth Armstrong, Sr., her son, Kenneth Armstrong, Jr., her brothers: Harry, Ross, Louie, and Elmo Dreher and a sister, Jean Sullivan. Survivors include her husband, James Edds; daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Gary Burns; nine grandchildren: Brandon (Angela) Armstrong, Tiffany Armstrong, Colten Armstrong, Kayla Armstrong House, David and Alex Scott, Brandon Burns (Amanda), Jennifer Burns Dotson (Dustin) and Leahann White; 17 great-grandchildren; and her twin sister, Janie Annette Dreher Armstrong (Clyde).

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, June 21, 2019 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral will begin at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Jacksonville.
