Russell Waco Dean Basler, 2, died today at his home in Winslow. He was born Aug. 28, 1968 in Dodge City, Kan., the son of Clyde R. and Patsy Carol Branson Basler.
Survivors in addition to the parents are a sister, Ava Sue of the home and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Troy Branson of Winslow.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Brentwood Church with burial in Brentwood Cemetery under direction of Moore's Chapel.
