Ray G. Miller died Wednesday, August 30, 2007, at Mountain Home. He was 80. He was born June 1, 1927 at Drumright, Oklahoma to George and Bessie (Payton) Miller. He marred Emma Lee Williamson May 30, 1953 at Grubbs, Arkansas. He was an engineer for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in both WWII and Korea. He lived in the Mountain Home area since 1993, moving from Saratoga, California. He was a member of East Side Baptist Church, Lockeed Star Club, The Korean War Veterans of Mountain Home and Locksley Observatory. Survivors: his wife of 54 years, Emma of Mountain Home; daughter Debbie (Joel) Holth of Mountain Home; son Ross (Ilene) Miller of Dawsonville, Georgia; 4 grandchildren, Erik and Michael Holth of Mountain Home and Bryan and Matt Miller of Dawsonville; sister Margaret (Marvin) Golden of Perry, Oklahoma and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in Death by: his parents, brother, Leonard Miller of Dallas, Texas and a sister, Eileen Travis of Smithville, Missouri Visitation: will be from 12:00 to 8:00 Friday, August 31, 2007, with family receiving friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral: A memorial service for Ray G. Miller of Mountain Home will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 1, 2007, at East Side Baptist Church with Reverend J.R. Cousins, Reverend Ulysses Vandermolen and Reverend Jon Gilbert officiating. Burial: will be in Kirby?s Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Memorials: may be made to The Hospice House of the Ozarks, The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society of America, or the Korean War National Museum in Washington, D.C.

Funeral Services for Emma Lee Miller-Baker of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be, 11AM, Friday, September 28, 2018, at East Side Baptist Church with Pastor and Son-in-Law, Joel Holth and Reverend Ulysses Vandermolen officiating. Visitation will be from 9-11AM at the church.

Emma went home to her Lord and Savior, September 24, 2018, in Gassville, Arkansas at the age of 86. She was born February 20, 1932, in Newport, Arkansas, the daughter of Charles and Bonnie Moore Williamson. In 1948, Emma was a National 4-H Winner in health. Emma moved to Mountain Home from Saratoga, California in 1993. Emma was a homemaker for most of her life and went to work as a secretary after raising her children. She married Charles Baker on November 20, 2009, at East Side Baptist Church, Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was a long-time member of a Bible Study Fellowship.

Emma is survived by her husband, Charles Baker of Mountain Home, AR:
daughter, Debbie (Joel) Holth of Oakland, AR; son, Ross (Ilene) Miller of Dawsonville, GA; grandchildren, Erik (Laura) Holth, Michael Holth, Bryan Miller, and Matthew Miller; great-granddaughter, Corinna Holth,as well as, 3 step-children, 6 step-grandchildren and 14 step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Ray Miller and sister, Patsy Pigg.

Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Alzheimer's Association or Gideon's International.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Mountain Home, Arkansas.
