BELLA VISTA — Dr. Leonard Dale Koenen, April 11, 1937-Oct. 19, 2015. Leonard married Shirley Alice Whipple; they celebrated 53 years of marriage in Hampton, Iowa; Bakersfield, Calif; and Lake Windsor in Bella Vista, Ark.
Children: Kathy and David Diehl; Kimberly Koenen; Kelly and Greg Scheideman; Kristen and David Bush. 1965 Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate.
His legacy is one of Christian faith. Services at Fellowship Bible Church of NWA Friday, Oct. 23, 11 a.m.
