Phyllis Jean Cogdill, 80, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas died February 2, 2021 at her home.

She was born August 10, 1940 in Waurika, Oklahoma to Floyd Maurice Tow and Ruth Marie Langdon Tow. She was a homemaker who loved to sew and cook. Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her family and watching the boys play sports. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Russell Cogdill whom she married in 1958; siblings, Don Ella Howard, Dwayne Tow, Larry Tow and Maurice Tow.

Survivors are her children, Tina Cogdill of Pea Ridge, Kelley Cross (Eddie) of Pea Ridge, Readith Husted (John) of Rogers; siblings, Gwen Cox of Chickasaw, Ok., Peggy Phelps (Alton) of Duncan, Ok., Jack Tow (Betty) of Marietta, Ok., her twin brother, Phillip Tow (Gaye Nell) of Oklahoma City, Ok.; grandchildren, Russell Jessen (Jessica), James Jessen (Nicole), Tasha Jessen (Michael), Brian Cogdill (Ashley); great-grandchildren, Samantha, Sierra, Hunter, Braxton, Chandler, Taylor, Lleyton, Zoey, Brysen, Baylie, Gracelynn, Allison, Remington, Mallory and Avery Jean.

Service is set for 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 9 at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will start at 10:00 A.M. before the service. Burial will be in Pea Ridge Cemetery.
