Larry Edward Anderson, 59, of Dover, formerly of Pine Bluff, passed away Saturday, March 27,2021. He was born December 19, 1961 in Pine Bluff to the late Rufus Lee and Frances Hooker Anderson. Larry was reared and educated in Watson Chapel, graduating from Watson Chapel High School in 1980. He started working in radio at age 15 and spent 40 years working in radio. Larry worked as a disc jockey at radio stations KAAY, KOTN, KCLA and KCYP. He loved spending time with his family. Larry was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Terri Fendley Anderson, whom he married October 16, 1993 in Pine Bluff; two stepchildren, Lynzie Towe of White Hall and Jordan Massey of Marshall; brother, David Anderson of Pine Bluff; sister Lynn Varner of Bryant; four grandchildren, Keagan, Noah, Gracie and Watson; nephew Noah Varner of Fayetteville; and niece Candy West of Pine Bluff.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Ralph Robinson and Son with celebrant Marty Shell officiating. The service will be livestreamed for anyone unable to attend. Burial will follow in Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the SonLife Broadcasting Network.
