ROGERS — Lionel "Bud" Brucker, a resident at Primrose Retirement Community Center in Rogers, Ark., went to live with the Lord in his heavenly home May 11, 2021. Bud was born May 11, 1927. He was born in and spent his childhood in Canton, Kan.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jimalyne "Jimmie" Brucker.
Bud is survived by sons Rick Brucker (wife Becky) of Leawood, Kan., and Randy Brucker (wife Jane) of Rogers, Ark.; sister Bonnie Gutierrez of Seal Beach, Calif.; brother Bryce Brucker (wife Phylis) of Topeka, Kan.; and five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He and his wife, Jimmie, moved to Valley Center in 1954, where they raised their two sons before retiring to Bella Vista, Ark., in 1983. He lived in Hot Springs Village, Ark., for several years before returning to Bella Vista.
A private family service will be held at a later date. The family would sincerely like to thank Circle of Life Hospice and Primrose Retirement Community for their love, care, and support during his illness. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 1201 NE Legacy Parkway, Bentonville, Ark., 72712. Arrangements are made by Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, Condolences may be expressed at www.funeralmation.com.
