WEST FORK — Evelyn B. Lynn, 78, of West Fork died July 18, 2004, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Feb. 1, 1926, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Latrner and Margaret Bodnar Prochaska.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Collins and wife Janet of Winslow and Scott Collins of Cleveland, Ohio; one daughter, Margaret "Peggy' Waldman and husband Richard of Winslow; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Service time will be announced. Cremation arrangements are by Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
