Robert Evan Thornton, 56, of Jacksonville, died on August 21, 2015. He was born on November 7, 1958 in Houston, Texas to the late Woodrow Wilson and Vivian (Berndt) Thornton. Robert was a member of the IBEW Local#295 for thirty five years. He and Stacy were members of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife of thirty five years, Stacy Thornton, one daughter; Jennifer Nicole Reynolds, and husband Dusty, two granddaughters; Lauren and Alyssa Reynolds, a host of other friends and relatives. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, August 28, 2015 in Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel with Ron Rainwater officiating. Entombment will follow in the Chapel Hill Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the funeral home. 1504 J.P. Wright Loop Road, (501)982-2136.

Stacy Robbin Thornton, 54, of Jacksonville, passed away on January 31, 2016. She was born on March 27, 1961 in Little Rock. Stacy was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law; Jennifer and Dusty Reynolds, two granddaughters; Lauren and Alyssa Reynolds, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 7, 2016 in the chapel of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Chapel Pines Mausoleum. A visitation is scheduled one hour prior to the funeral service. Arrangements under the direction of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home & Crematory (501)982-2136.
