Mrs. Ruth Frances Kelley, 64, Rt. 1, Winslow, died Jan. 1 in Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born Feb. 14, 1913, in Tyro, Ark., she was the daughter of Charles Franklin and Jennie Olle Ponders McGraw. She was a member of the Baptist Church, was a partner in the Red Rooster Antique Shop in Winslow, where she lived since 1971.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin H. Kelley of the home; one sister, Dorothy Nickelson of Long Beach, Calif., and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Brentwood Cemetery under direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel.
