Edna Fisher, 69, of Beebe, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Friday, July 10, 2015. She was co-owner of Fisher Supply with her husband, Rick, who preceded her in death, and was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church. Edna was also a retired cafeteria worker and bus driver for Beebe Public Schools.
She is survived by a son, Richard and wife Debbie Skasick of Bryant; two daughters, Ronnetta and husband Johnny Turner of Dexter, Missouri, and Tonya and husband Lance Sims of Beebe; two stepsons, Slade and Jeff Fisher; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Walter and Gene Raney; and one sister, Rosie Kirk. Edna was also preceded in death by a stepson, Richey Fisher, a brother, Ollie Raney, and a sister, Bonnie Skasick.
Memorials in Edna's name may be made to Union Valley Baptist Church, 932 Hwy. 64 West, Beebe, Ark. 72012, or the Armenian Mission Fund, c/o Union Valley Baptist Church. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Paul Richard "Rick" Fisher, 68, of Beebe, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 9, 2013. He was the retired owner and operator of Fisher Hardware Store and a farmer.
He is survived by his wife Edna; three sons, Richey of McRae, Jeff and Slade, both of Beebe; stepson Richard Skasick (Debbie) of Bryant; two stepdaughters, Ronetta Turner of Missouri and Tonya Sims (Lance) of Beebe; 20 grandchildren, Max Meents, Zak Meents, Kayla Fisher, Jaycie Fisher, Payton Sims, Brady Sims, Abby Fisher, Brandon Fisher, Jodi Fisher, Macey Fisher, Julia Rosamond, Jessica, Latasha, Elizabeth, Little Johnny, Johnathon, Josh, Jacob, Jason and Jeremiah; nine great-grandchildren; sister Wanda Barron of Beebe; and brother-in-law Ben Hefner of Beebe; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.A. "Bill" and Ola Fisher; sister, Pat Hefner; brothers, Billy Ray and Joe Fisher; and brother-in-law, Sonny Barron.
