When Fabern Joe McDonald was born on February 6, 1937, in Enola, Arkansas, his father, Garnett, was 34 and his mother, Clara, was 31. He married on October 6, 1974, in Elko, Nevada. He then married on April 23, 1984, in Bowie, Texas. He died on June 13, 2014, in his hometown at the age of 77.
