OBIT

Our dearly beloved father, Dexel Eugene Holloway age 74, of Austin, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 19, 2011. He was born May 7, 1937 to the late Henry and Myrtle Holloway of Mammoth Springs, Arkansas. He was a very gifted carpenter, and known by his family and friends as being a very honest and true loyal friend.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Anna Holloway, one son Dennis Holloway and wife Dianne of Conway, two daughters; Connie Holliday and husband Ronnie of Jacksonville, and Debby Holloway of Austin, Arkansas. Three grandsons; Tim Herrington and wife Melissa of Austin, Daniel and wife Caty Holliday of Cabot, Justin Holliday of Jacksonville; two granddaughters; Heather and Jordan Holloway of Conway; one great-grandson Austin Herrington of Austin and one great-granddaughter Kristin Herrington of Austin. He is also survived by one brother Carl Holloway of Mammoth Springs, two sisters Maxine Baldridge and Jeanie Kirby of Mammoth Springs, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Moores Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136 with Reverend Royce Lowe officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the funeral home.
