Lincoln (Special) — Walter D. Parks. 88, a lifelong resident of the Summers community died at his home Sunday morning. He was born August 22, 1869 at Cincinnati the son of John H. and Katherine Gibson Parks.
Survivors are his wife, Auda, of the home; one son, C.I. Parks, Summers; one daughter, Mrs Irene Thomason, Cincinnati; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will he conducted Wednesday, p.m., at the Summers Community Church by the Rev. H.C. Harbison. Burial will be in Old Union cemetery under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
