Lincoln, July 11-(Special)- Walter A. Parks, 83, life-long resident of Cincinnati community, died at his home yesterday afternoon following long illness. He was a member of the Presbyterian church.

Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at the Cincinnati Presbyterian church by the Rev. J. O. Skinner of Cane Hill. Burial, under the direction of the Luginbuel Funeral Home, will be in the old Union cemetery at Cincinnati.

Surviving are a brother, W. D. Parks, and a sister, Mrs. Dean Tunnel, both of Cincinnati.
