Sterling Dean Harp, 19, of Huntsville died April 13, 1991, at Huntsville. He was born Oct. 10, 1971, at Fayetteville, the son of Dale and Stella Cornett Harp. He was a freshman at North Arkansas Community College in Harrison and a 1990 graduate of Huntsville High School, where he was a member of the Eagle football and baseball teams. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his mother, Stella Cornett Harp of the home; one sister, Heather Harp of the home; his father, Dale Harp of Huntsville; his maternal grandmother, Dalphia Cornett of Huntsville; his paternal grandparents, James and Bonnie Kelley of Berryville; paternal great-grandmother, Leola Billings of Eureka Springs.
Services were at 2 p.m. Monday, April 15, at Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Roy I. Cain officiating. Burial was in Venus Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Shawn Bobbitt, Danny Warren, Clint Howle, Jeremy Duncan, Gerald Officer and Keith Sims. Honorary pallbearers were Shane Hill, Kenny Cornett, Randy Cornett, Kent Cornett, Tim Cornett and Bo Carson.
