September 11, 1927 - July 30, 1974
Mrs. Willie Carol Frisby, 46, of 530 E. Hillsboro, died Tuesday night in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Westside Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Wilson and the Rev. Conway Sawyers officiating. Burial will be in Urbana Cemetery under the direction of Young's. Mrs. Frisby was born Sept. 11, 1927, in Crossett and as the daughter of S. G. and Mae Norris Jones. She was house parent at the Murphy-Beauchamp Home and a member of the Westside Baptist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband, Sammie Lee Frisby, of El Dorado; one son, Gary Edward Frisby of San Diego, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. Becky Harbour of El Dorado; one sister, Mrs. Judy Nash of Norphlet and one granddaughter. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to service time. Active pallbearers will be Bob Weaver, Harrell Watson, Howard Smith, Charles Skinner, Roy Elia and Mode Norris.
