Lee Roy Gipson 67, of Clarksville died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 6, 1942, in Hartman. He was a truck driver for Taylor Brothers, Delp, N. R. Sullivan and Caywood Trucking in Springdale and David Beneux, now West, NW.Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel of Clarksville with burial at Kendall Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Helen; two daughters, Angela Peterson and Helen Mayfield, both of Clarksville; a son, Troy Gipson of Flat Rock; a sister, Nita Mitts of West Plains, Mo.; a brother, Junior Gipson of Clarksville; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
