Hubert Paul Killion, 88, of Noel, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at the McDonald County Living Center in Anderson, Missouri. He was born on May 13, 1931 in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas to the late Charlie and Rosa (Mitchell) Killion. Paul married Doris Divine on January 20, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri and to this union two children were born. He owned and operated a rod and bearings company and an automobile repair shop at his home. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and playing cards. He cherished time spent with his family. Paul proudly served our country in the United States Army serving in the Korean War.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Doris Killion; siblings, Clarence Killion, Howard Killion, Dean Killion and Francis Taylor.

Paul is survived by his daughters, Sandra Brooner and Paula Hoy both of Noel, Missouri; grandchildren, Jeremy, Scott, Wendy and Chris; several great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as a host of family and friends who will dearly miss Paul.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2020, at the Noel Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Pastor Bob Holloway will officiate. Burial will follow in the Butler Creek Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas. Jeremy Hoy, Scott Powell, Mike Webb, Jacob Montague, Jesse Houx and Steven James, will honor Paul’s life by serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 15, 2020 at the Noel Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

NOEL, Mo. — Doris A. Killion, 68, of Noel died June 13, 2002, at her home. She was born Oct. 7, 1933, in Goodman, Mo., to Blanche Belle Divine. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Killion, to whom she was married Jan. 20, 1951; two daughters, Paula Hoagland and Sandi Brooner and husband, Gary of Noel; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Ozark Funeral Home in Noel. The Rev. Gene Mitchell and the Rev. Ray Larkin will officiate. Burial will be in Butler Creek Cemetery at Sulphur Springs.

Pallbearers will be grandsons Jeremy Hoy, Scott Powell and Bryan Collins; nephews Jimmy Killion, Shawn Killion and Raymond Whitmore.

Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Hoy, Danny Doss, Jerry Rowe and Donny Rowe.
