Henry Patrick Siegel, 83, of Hot Springs passed away Saturday, December 3, 2011 at his home. He was born March 17, 1928 in New Orleans, LA to Walter and Anita Rockavon Siegel. Henry was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and of the Catholic faith. He was a master chef and baker and was head of Food Service at Garland County Community College. He enjoyed teaching culinary arts, cooking for his family and friends and wood working. Henry was owner of Siegels Bakery in the Hot Springs area for over 25 years. He is predeceased by his parents; son, Patrick Henry Siegel; and brother, Walter Joseph Siegel. Henry is survived by his son, Walter (Dianna) Siegel of Benton, AR and daughter, Eleanor (Dave) Hoyne of Hot Springs; and grandchildren, Albert Faunce, Casey Faunce, Scott Siegel and Ryan Siegel. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home Chapel. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
