Robert “Bob” Charles Jones, 86, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in Ozark.
He was born December 22, 1929 in Greenwood, Arkansas to John Arthur Jones and Ona Lee Thornton Jones.

He was a retired Arkansas State Policeman and of the Baptist Faith. He was a United States Army Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Jordan A. Hylton; three brothers, Alton, Roger and Has Jones; and two sisters, Ilene Liston and Sue McGehee.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline I. Hagler Jones of Ozark; two daughters, Trina Jones of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Teala Bowman and her husband Randy of Ozark; one sister, Bonnie Lawson of Greenwood; four brothers, Norman Jones of Van Buren, Arkansas, Jim Jones of Grain Valley, Missouri, and Phillip Jones and Don Jones, both of Greenwood; four grandchildren: Elise Bowman, Ryan Hylton, Robert Bowman and his wife Caitlyn, and Ethan Bowman; one great grandchild, Myles Bowman; and his caretaker, Tabatha Regan.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jim McElhaney officiating and burial at Belt Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday, November 18th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.

Serving as pallbearers are Robert and Ethan Bowman, Ryan Hylton, Larry, Brad, Kevin and Paul Jones. Honorary pallbearers are Don Higgins and Larry Fleming.

Pauline Jones, 92, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Ozark.

She was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company where she worked for thirty-three years. She attended Ozark First Assembly of God Church and was an avid gardener and quilter.

She was born December 9, 1926 in Clayton, Oklahoma to William Edward and Lula Dee Barber Hagler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Charles Jones; her parents; a grandson, Jordan Hylton; and two sisters, Zelma Wehry and Judy Latour.

She is survived by two daughters, Trina Jones of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Teala Bowman and husband Randy of Ozark; a sister, Lu Laqua of South Carolina; four grandchildren, Elise Bowman, Ryan Hylton and Robert and Ethan Bowman; and one great grandson, Myles Bowman.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday August 28th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Ozark First Assembly of God Church with Brother Jim McElhaney officiating and burial at Belt Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Robert Bowman, Ryan Hylton, Ethan Bowman and Paul, Kevin, Brad and Larry Jones. Honorary pallbearers are caregivers,Tabatha Regan and Elaine Elser.
