Grandma McKinnon died Tuesday night at the home of her son, Dink, about one mile west of town and was laid to rest in the Elm Springs cemetery the following day. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Charles Edwards.

Washington County Marriage Records
McKINNON, Sophia Deliah HALL – On January 23, 1868, the Washington County, Arkansas County Clerk issued a marriage license to George W. McKinnon, age 34 years and Sophia Deliah Hall, 27 years of age. The completed License was returned to the Clerk’s office to be recorded January 28, 1868.
