William Charlie Ledbetter, 78, of the Dripping Springs Community near Boston died at the Springdale Memorial Hospital July 8. He had been hospitalized several days for treatment of a heart ailment.
Mr. Ledbetter was born in Arkansas January 9, 1878. His parents were Harve Ledbetter of the Dripping Springs Community, one daughter, Mrs. Cassie Lyman, Boston, one sister, Mrs. Frances Rowland, Clio, California, and a foster-sister, Mrs. Josie McQueen of Oklahoma City, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Dripping Springs Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock conducted by Rev. Cecil Garrison and Harrison Collins. Burial was in the Williams Cemetery under the direction of the Brashears Funeral Home.
