Floyd Ray Osburn, 22, of Fayetteville, drowned June 26 near Elkins at White River Bridge, Highway 74. Born May 13, 1956, at Fayetteville, he was the son of Floyd E. and Dorothy Lou Nickells Osburn.
Survivors include his father of Fayetteville; his mother of Wheeler; one brother, Billy Dean Osburn of Wheeler; two sisters, Connie Sue Osburn of Wheeler and Janet Faye Osburn of Fayetteville.
Arrangements will be announced by Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville.
