Eulema Woodruff passed away Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, in Fort Smith at the age of 101.
She was a homemaker and was born Aug. 14, 1912, in Franklin County to the late Lenora Whittington and Andrew Buckner Whittington.
She attended Mt. Hope Missionary Baptist Church and Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Paris, where she was a member. She attended school at Oak Bend in Franklin County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, O.M. Woodruff; one daughter, Barbara Jean; four sisters; one brother; and one son-in-law, Harold Weeks Jr.
She is survived by one son, Norman Dean of Fort Smith and Amarillo, Texas; three grandsons, Rodney, Jerry and Michael Weeks; five great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church in Paris with burial at Cemetery Ridge south of Ozark under the direction of Smith Mortuary in Charleston.
