A. (Country Boy) Childers
October 31, 1978 - May 28, 2021

Kyle A. Childers (Country Boy) amazing son, brother, husband, father, and friend, for reasons unknown to us was called home by the Lord on the 28th day of May, 2021.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Carrie Childers of London; son, Jacob Wiley; brother Kris Acord and wife Misty; niece Kristin and nephew Coleman all of Clarksville; parents S. N. (Nick) and Patricia Childers of Clarksville; and a host of other family members and friends.

Kyle was born October 31, 1978 to Nick and Pat Childers in El Dorado, AR.

Kyle grew up moving around the state and as a result of his attendance to multiple schools, Kyle never met a stranger or fence post he wouldn't stop to visit with. Kyle grew up following in the footsteps of his brother Kris. Through the ups and downs of life more grew between these brothers than Kyle's shoes size, they grew to become best friends.

Kyle married his "person" Carrie (Bling) on the 14th day of May 2015. A more craftier match couldn't have been found, with Kyle's talent for leather crafts and blacksmithing mixed with Carrie's love for all things crafty. They mirrored their life together as beautifully as they made their art, with hard work, talent, and a little creativity. With this marriage, Kyle gained a son aka "partner in crime". Kyle willingly shared his love of fishing and turkey hunting with Jake. The practical jokes and pranks played on each other were bountiful, and maybe with a sparkler bomb or two tossed in to keep Carrie on her toes.
It is said, "to have a friend you must first be a friend". A friend is defined as honest, trustworthy, and caring by definition. Kyle was a friend, but he was so much more; he was one to always have your back, patient and never in a hurry, always ready with a smile, willing to lend a hand, Quick's voice of reason in the storm and loyal to the end

Country Boy was born on the 4th day of May, 2014. He dedicated his life to empowering children through his association with BACA. He didn't just become a member of a group, he became a brother with family worldwide. His dedication to the children and his BACA family lead him to become the president of the Flatrock Chapter. He will be carried by his BACA brothers and laid to rest in his cut, "For He will see my BACA back patch and know I am one of His."

Visitation will be held from 6pm – 8pm Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street Ozark, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be held at 10 am Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Goodman officiating under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with burial at Highland Cemetery.
