Phillip Ralph Luchsinger, 36, of Austin died February 7, 2016. He was born February 6, 1980 in Hinsdale, Illinois to Ralph Luchsinger and Loretta (Laurie) Pawlak Luchsinger. Phillip was a 1998 graduate of Cabot High School, where he made life-long friends. He had an open heart and a willingness to help family and friends and always ready to make new friends. He enjoyed barbequing and fishing and had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. Phillip was talented with his hands and spent time building models and later, muscle cars. He was always close to his family, especially his brother, Randall. Phillip was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and his maternal grandfather.
Phillip is survived by his mother, Loretta Luchsinger, his father, Ralph Luchsinger, brother Randall Luchsinger, maternal grandmother, Johanna Pawlak, aunts and uncles; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Luchsinger, Carolyn Novak and family, Chris Huchel, and Steve and Lynn Pawlak, as well as, several cousins and a host of friends.
Memorial gifts may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 with a memorial service beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home (501)843-5816.
