DUTCH MILLS — Woodrow Wilson Choate, 79, of Dutch Mills, died Aug. 15, 1992, in Stillwell, Okla. He was born Nov. 16, 1912, at Dutch Mills, the son of Willis Edward Choate and Laura Fields Choate.

He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church of Dutch Mills.

Survivors include: his wife, Idamae Cheatham Choate of the home: one son and daughter-in-law. Billy D. and Margie Choate, and one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Bill Keen, both of Dutch Mills; one sister, Maude Whiteley of Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Dorothy Ann Choate.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 18, at Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills with the Rev. Gene Hodges officiating. Burial will be at White Rock Cemetery in Dutch Mills under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.

LINCOLN — Idamae Choate, 87, of Lincoln died June 14, 2006, at Prairie Grove. She was born June 11, 1919, in Lincoln to Earl E. and Della Mae Snodgrass Cheatham. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Choate, in 1992, and one daughter, Dorothy Ann Choate.

Survivors include one son, Billy D. Choate and wife Margie; one daughter, Carolyn Keen of Dutch Mills; three brothers, Vol Cheatham of Collinsville, Okla., J.F. and Jack Cheatham of Lincoln; three sisters, Pauline Batson and Flossie Bequette of Lincoln, Frances Baer of Cincinnati; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Liberty Baptist Church with Frank Thurman and Jack Thompson officiating. Burial will be in White Rock Cemetery near Lincoln.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Liberty Baptist Church, 22316 Dutch Mills, WC418, Lincoln, 72744.
