The Rev. Roy Junior McGaughy, 65, of Lincoln, died Saturday, May 20. 1995, at his home. Born March 4, 1930, at Sentinal, Okla., the son of William Roy and Gladys Janice McGaughy, he was an Assembly of God minister for nearly 40 years, pastoring in Mathis and Pittsburg, Texas; Eufaula, Okla., and in Lincoln, Decatur, Booneville and Garfield before retiring in July 1994. He was a member of the Assembly of God in Lincoln.

Survivors are his wife, Oletta Farmer McGaughy of the home; three sons, Danny McGaughy of Lincoln; Ricky McGaughy of Sherman, Texas, and Russell McGaughy of Pea Ridge: a daughter, Rebekah Tobin of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, James McGaughy of Cleveland, Ohio; two sisters, Owanda Adams of Fort Smith, and Billie Jean Harris of Mathis, Texas; eight grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

Funeral is at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at he Assembly of God in Lincoln, with the Rev. Jack Austin, the Rev. Jackie Usselton and the Rev. Stan Cox officiating.

Burial is in White Rock Cemetery at Lincoln. Arrangements are by Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.

LINCOLN — Ruby Oletta McGaughy Austin, 84, a resident of Lincoln, went to be with her Lord on June 26, 2015, in Lincoln. She was born Aug. 9, 1930, in Sunset, Ark., the daughter of Solomen and Maggie Fields Farmer.

She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rev. Roy McGaughy; her second husband, Jack Austin; one daughter, Rhonda McGaughy; seven brothers, Jack, Solomon Edward Jr., Cecil, Walter, Earl, Lester and Leonard Farmer; and one grandson, Jimmy McGaughy.

Survivors include three sons, Roy Daniel McGaughy of Lincoln, Ark., Ricky McGaughy and wife Anna of Sherman, Texas, and Russell McGaughy and wife Phyllis of Pea Ridge, Ark.; one daughter, Rebekah Tobin and husband David of Owasso, Okla.; seven grandchildren, Tammy Dixon, Steven McGaughy, Delana Hutson, Pamela Kuriatnyk, Anthony McGaughy, Bradley Tobin and Kelsey Tobin; and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-7 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday July 1, 2015, 11 a.m. at the Assembly of God Church in Lincoln. Burial will be in White Rock Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
