LINCOLN — James Ray Mulvaney, 70, a resident of Lincoln went to be with his Lord on Dec. 5, 2012, in Fayetteville. He was born Nov. 23, 1942, in Prairie Grove, the son of James H. and Hazel Shackelford Mulvaney.
Survivors include his wife, Lou Mulvaney; his son, James Ray Mulvaney Jr. and wife, Michelle of West Fork, and their children, Heather McCarver, Clara Mulvaney, Chase Mulvaney, Ridge Mulvaney, Colbi Vanzant and Levi Vanzant; his son, Thomas Lloyd Mulvaney and wife, Emily of Lincoln and their children, Luke Coursey, Katie Sullivan and Brent Mulvaney; one daughter, Shawna Cunningham and husband, Daniel of Summers, and their children, Ashton Cunningham, Katie Cunningham and Devon Cunningham; and three great-grandchildren, Bella, Kylie and Jaidon.
The family will receive friends from 7:30-8:30 p.m., Friday at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at Summers Missionary Baptist Church with burial in White Rock Cemetery; there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.

LINCOLN — Lou Ellen Mulvaney, age 70, a resident of Lincoln, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Oct. 16, 1946, in Ventura, Calif., the daughter of Paul and Beatrice (O'Neal) Pettigrew.
Lou retired from Washington County Assessors Office. She was a member of the Summers Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Mulvaney, parents, four brothers: Bill Pettigrew, Clinton Pettigrew, Zolan Ray Pettigrew and Ralph Pettigrew, one sister, Rebecca Sue Pettigrew and one great-grandchild, Novan Coyne.
Survivors include her children, Ray Mulvaney and wife Michelle, Tom Mulvaney and wife Emily, Shawna Cunningham and husband Daniel; one brother, Stephen Pettigrew and his lady Suzan; two sisters, Maridell Mays and Zona Fannin; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-7 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017, at Luginbuel Chapel.
Burial will be in the White Rock Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held.
