December 16, 1937 - June 15, 2021
Patty Ruth Huskey, 83 of Saffell passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021. She was born December 16, 1937 in Strawberry, Arkansas to Dene and Anna Ruth Mullen West. She was a homemaker and retired from International Shoe Factory in Batesville. She attended Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church in Saffell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe Huskey; her best friend and soul mate of 20 years, Tom Whitlow; one brother, Gary West and one sister, Joann Conatser.
Survivors include one son, James Huskey (Lisa) of Springdale; one step-daughter, Tammy Whitlow of Mountain Home; two brothers, Danny West (Debbie) of Okmulgee, Oklahoma and David West of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; one sister, Helen Fulbright (Bill) of Southside; two grandchildren, Patrick Huskey (Allison) of Springdale and Payton Huskey (Alison) of Siloam Springs; three great grandchildren, Anna, Sam and Warren Huskey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church in Saffell with Bro. Jason Scott and Stanley Vandergrift officiating. Burial will follow in the Milligan Campground Cemetery near Strawberry with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Huskey, Payton Huskey, Marcus Huskey, Scotty Huskey, Vance Whitlow, and James Allen Anderson.
Honorary pallbearers are Helen and Bill Fulbright, Jimmy and Linda Crabtree, Tim and Debbie Halfacre, Phyllis Harris, Linda West, Twillia Massey, Tom and Lynn Barber, Elmer Rollins and the Mt. Harmony congregation.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Rd., Springdale, AR 72762; Phillips Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Building Fund, 3074 S. 48th Street, Springdale, AR 72762 or Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church Building Fund, 450 AR 25, Saffell, AR 72572.
