Donnie Ray Brown 65 of Louann, Arkansas passed away Friday, October 3, 2008 at his home.

He was born June 28, 1943 in Fresno, California and was the son of Modie and Richard Brown of California. He was of the Baptist Faith. He spent his life doing what he loved most, being a mechanic. He also loved fishing and hunting in his spare time.

Preceding him in death, along with his parents, were his son, Nathan Ray Brown; his daughter Donna Sue Brown; and his sister Maxine Brown.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Joyce Marie Brown, brothers and sisters, Kathryn Williams (Buddy), Alice Ward (Elmer), Dickey Brown, Bobby Brown and Leo Brown. His children Mathew Brown (Angie) of Magnolia, Michael Brown (Lori), Mark Brown (Kim) all El Dorado, Donnie Lee Brown, Debbie Brown, Judy Brown all of California, and twenty-three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Monday (10-6) at 2PM at Salem Cemetery with viewing and visitation starting at 1PM Monday at the cemetery. The service will be conducted by Perry’s Funeral Chapels. Any donations can be given to Life Touch Hospice 2301 Champagnolle Rd. El Dorado, AR 71730
